Material Specification

The base material consist of an aluminium zinc alloy that is bonded onto a steel substrate through a hot dipping process and is available in 28, 26 and 24 gauge. There are four different paint finishes offered silicone polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVF2), kynar 500 and mill finish. Kynar 500 paint finish formulated with seventy percent (70%) fluorocarbons offers greater protection than other paints against the sun’s ultra violet light that causes early deterioration. Custom materials such as .032 & .040 aluminum are available on request.
