Our Spanish tiles are available in an array of colors which include traditional terra cotta but also multi-coloured and aged tile blends. It's unique composition is mildew resistant, have little to no breakage and cost effective as it requires lighter roof framing materials which reduces overall construction cost. The tiles overlap securely on each other and are screwed down with stainless steel screws for longevity and extra protection against high winds.

Eave Starter: 11 ¾” Length x 2 1/2" Width

Designed to give a finished appearance at the eave while providing a proper cant.

Ridge Closure: 11 ¾” Length x 3" Width

This closure is used to provide a finished appearance by closing off the top of the ridge tile.

Bull Nose/Hip Starter: 17 1/2" Length x 7 3/4" x 8 3/4" Width

Designed to be the first piece of trim to start hips and ridges, the bull nose/hip starter provides a professional finished look.

Hip/Ridge: 17 ½" Length x 8 1/4" x 9" Width

This smaller radius trim can be used on ridges but is generally used on hips.

Top Ridge: 17" Length x 10" x 10-3/8" Width

This larger radius trim is used on ridges and is suitable for continuous ridge vent installation. This design will provide a bolder look at the ridge.

Rake Edge: 16” Length x 5 ½” x 6 ½” Width

The rake pieces are universal that will fit both the right and left sides. The trim is used as a finishing touch along the gables.
